RELATED CASES ARE NOT DISPLAYING IN RELATIONSHIP TAB FOR KYC CASES

After Executing ECM batch for 31-JAN-2022, a case got generated on a customer (Accelerated Review). For the same customer a new case got generated (Periodic Review) on next day (01-FEB-2022).
In ecm we can see that, there are 2 cases for the same customer and on dashboard we can see the details of both the cases(accelerated and Periodic review).
However, in the relationship tab of both the old and new cases, we can not find any case in "Related Cases".
ECM should auto populate the the link cases in such scenario.
Steps to Reproduce Problem
Check two cases created on the same customer name and check in relation ship tab
