ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

FIELD 57 should be amended with SORT CODES

While creating Faster payments and CHAPS payments, user will input only 6
digits of sort code.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

While generating the message MT103, system should append //SC to field 57.
Hook is required in MT103Processor.class, so that value in field 57 can be
appended with //SC.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a faster payment and verify if field 57 is amendable

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create faster payment with expected value for field 57
