Symptoms

CreateExtAccEcaEntries has success in the response, but error was expected.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User has done the transaction and the data is populated in IFTB tables however data is not present in actb_daily_log and the response
was successful - but expected was a error.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If data is not populated in  actb_daily_log table. The expectation is to see the specific  error.
