Upgrade To 19c Client (Doc ID 2861686.1)

Goal

we would like to upgrade the client from 12.2 to 19c. We set Oracle_Home variable to new client and everything is ok. However, we face problem with some files, eg bdf/scripts/env.sh the classpath CLASSPATH=/oracle/app/oracle/product/12.2.0/client_1/jdbc/lib/ojdbc7.jar.

In 19c client the ojdbc7.jar file does not exist
