ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While maintaining the fee rule maintenance with "Rate", Fee Amount filed is not displaying correctly in Fee Details.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For Amount, it should display as “Fee Amount” and For Rate, it should display as “Fee Rate”
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Booked commitment contract
2. Launch LFDFRMNT screen
3. Input contract ref no with new option
4. For Amount & Rate, in Fee Details “Fee Amount” field is only displaying
