On : 21.1.0.0.0 version, Production Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OBDX_OTP is not received for Multiple Transfer

Even though 2FA authentication for Multiple Transfer for corporate users is maintain system is not sending OTP when corporate user do a multiple transfer , Payment is processed and user is redirected to the confirm screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Application should send OTP for Multiple Transfer.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login in OBDX with Super admin and OTP Enabled for Multiple Transfer
2. Login into OBDX with corporate user
3. Do multiple transfer transaction
4. System will not send OTP and payment got successfully processed.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users didn't received OTP in multiple transfer transaction even though 2FA authentication is set for the same.

Changes

 No changes done to environment / hardware / account causes this issue.
