Symptoms

On : 14.5.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Clicking on the "View queue " button in PXDOVIEW does not redirect to Auth Limit 2 Queue

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When we move to the view screen PXDOVIEW for the transaction and click on “View Queue” button, the screen should be redirected to auth limit 2 queue instead of auth limit 1 queue.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1: create a transaction in PXDOTONL which on saving moves to auth limit queue 1.
Step 2: We can see the queue action is moved to auth limit 1 queue
Step 3: We move to PXDOVIEW screen and go to the queue by clicking on “View Queue” button. It redirects us to Auth Limit 1 queue.
We can see the transaction is moved from auth limit 1 queue and moved to auth limit 2 queue on approval
Step 4: When we move to the view screen PXDOVIEW for the transaction and click on “View Queue” button, the screen is redirected to auth limit 1 queue instead of auth limit 2 queue.
Step 5: When we explicitly go the auth limit 2 queue using the function id PQSAU2QU, we can see the transaction .
Step 6: on approval from auth limit 2 queue the transaction gets processed successfully, transaction status is updated as liquidated and accounting entries are passed.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the transaction in the correct queue from the PXDOVIEW screen for authorization.
