Symptoms

When attempting to Login using any Retail/Corporate User, the login attempt is unsuccessful and below is observed -

ERROR

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied

ORA-02063: preceding line from <DBLINK> is observed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch Netbanking URL
2. Enter the Retail/Corporate username password
3. There is no error message on front end screen


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot login into FCDB application.
