Local Holiday check is not working for Interest Rate Swap product in DV module with RFR interest

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
• Create new DV contract using IRS Product (with RFR interest rate). Give Maturity date as 6 Months.
• Input all details for Inleg and Ouleg. Go to Interest tab and view the schedules. It looks fine.
• Now visit ‘Holiday preference’ and tick ‘Local Holidays’ (this can also be maintained at Product level and defaulted to contract)
• Issue: Try to save and system gives error ‘The frequency and frequency units are invalid (error code DV-SCH-152)
