User Group Search by customer Id should working properly
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login by retail/corp user into obdx
2.There are two customers created , 28396886 (Corporate) User group is created for this customer
3. 6886 (Retail): No user group created
4.When searching for the user group using customer Id 6886, user group of 28396886 is getting displayed. Which is incorrect.
5.The same issue is for the customer id such as 206228639 and 6228639.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot search user group by customer id.
Changes
No changes done to product, account or hardware causes this issue.
