Symptoms
After the creation of TD when user clicking on e-receipt link, system shows error as “FAILED TO DOWNLOAD PDF DOCUMENT”.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to TD creation menu in OBDX and initiate a TD creation from OBDX
2. Enter the required details
3. save/ confirm the transaction
4. Click on E-receipt

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot download e-receipt of created TD.
