ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Currently, in the production environment, there is a RAC database having 3 nodes, it has been observed that once one node is down then OBDX is not coming up .

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

OBDX should come up with remaining 2 nodes if 1 of the node goes down.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use OBDX if 1 DB node goes down.

Changes

 No changes done to product, account or hardware causes this issue.
