811: KYC IPE Functions Parameter Are Not Storing (Doc ID 2865860.1)

On IPE 811: When passing literal to OOB function getDescFromcode, it is getting saved as @3@.

Note: this issue is only when using the OOB function getDescFromcode and passing a literal to it.

Steps to Reproduce:

Create an expression and use apply a function to the expression and select the getDescFromcode function:

select Literal and pass any string value example 'Occupation' 

now in rti_evaluation table under v_eval_query_st column for the expression, the literal value 'Occupation' is replaced with @3@
