ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Data available at cstb_relationship_linkage table after deletion account
Newly created account without authorization we have deleted the account , but after deletion of the account linkage data still available at 'cstb_relationship_linkage' table.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should delete the relation ship linkage
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Account and add relationship linkage
2. delete the Account before first authorization
3. Verify the Linkage

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can still find the linkage
