Symptoms
When attempting to create a new limit definition, the application fails when maximum transactions number is kept to maximum allowed digits,
following error occurs.

Invalid Request. Please check the parameters being passed
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login to with admin
2. Navigate to limit definition--> create, select the cumulative radio button
3. Enter the details and maximum transaction to 10 characters, Eg: 9999999999
4. Save and confirm
