ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Single Day Accrual
Single day accrual is not posted for the penal components for the accounts maturing on month ends.
However, the same is being posted properly for the accounts maturing before month ends
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Single day accural for Penal should fire falling on Month end date
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Keep Schedule date as month end
2. Make theSchedule to Overdue and verify the Penal Fired
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the penalty accural on EOM
