On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
LC-MT700 with field 57B got NaK from SWIFT


SWIFT alliance and as part of  mt700 generated with field 57B got naK from Swift as SWIFT was expecting 57D however system generated 57B.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

57D should be Generated

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Consider a LC booking where bank books an LC thru ATB party when there is no direct relationship with ABK party.
2. Verify the MT700 Generated

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot send the Correct Mt700
