Buttons Missing and Empty Row in Spend Category Maintenance Screen (Doc ID 2866551.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Spend Category Maintenance - Buttons missing and empty row in three different scenario as mentioned below

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR
------------------------------
Admin user should be able to create Spend Category Maintenance

STEPS
------------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Scenario 1 : Buttons go missing on clicking edit
--------------
Step 1: Goto Admin User and open Spend Category Maintenance by searching it in the search field
Step 2: On this screen enter category code as "Wipro" and click on search
Step 3: Now here on this screen, click on the Category name
Step 4: Click on edit
Step 5: Now click on add
Step 6: Now on this screen enter the Subcategory Code and Subcategory Name
Step 7: Now click on back
Step 8: On this screen, now click edit

The buttons on this screen are not visible now

Scenario 2 : Empty row shown on the screen

Follow the same steps till step 6 of scenario 1
Step 7: Click on add and then click on back

Here, a completely empty 3rd row is shown because we clicked on add this time before pressing back


Scenario 3 : Buttons go missing after pressing back from review screen
--------------
Follow the same steps till step 6 of scenario 1
Step 7: Now click on save
Step 8: On the review screen, click on back

Now here on the screen shown, the buttons go missing


BUSINESS IMPACT

Customer is unable to mainten spend category
