Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

System errors are not cleared when the user navigates to a different page and the user has to manually close it
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The error message should disappear once the user has navigated to a different page
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the admin
2. Navigate to User Management-->Create, select corporate and enter invalid party id
3. Applications shows error, now when a valid party id is input and the user has navigated to a different page, still the error message does not disappear
