Error loading OFSAA data ingest.

ERROR: Executing scenario template: 1010

We started template group id 1010 with start_mantas.sh 1010 under $FIC_HOME/behavior_dection/MTS/algorithms/bin

and it failed with Error: No jobs for template group id 1010
