On : 21.1.0.0.0 version, Production Support
Bank is not able to view any Trade Transaction from Activity Log Widget.
Bank is facing this issue for Initiate Letter of Credit and Amend Letter of Credit Transactions.
ERROR

System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Login in OBDX as Maker.
2) Navigate to Trade Finance Transaction tab on Activity log widget.
3) Click on reference number of any trade transaction
4) A blank screen will open with error.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Maker users are not able to view trade finance transaction details in Activity Log Widget.

No changes done to product, account or hardware causes this issue.
