Symptoms

When attempting to search for BIC code from SWIFT lookup,
following error occurs.

ERROR

The system has detected an error, please contact the Bank Administrator via secure message or on tel.<TELEPHONE_NO>

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to corporate or retail/corporate user
2. Go to manage payees or adhoc payment screen
3. Scroll down to swift lookup section and open it
4. Search for BIC code with a search criteria having huge list
