On : 14.5.0.0.0 version, Production Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Not able to Authorize DVDTRONL

Issue Simulation:

1. Input DV contract using DVDTRONL
2. Save the contract
3. Authorise. While authorizing it will throw error "Settlement Pickup Failed'

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
While authorizing it should not show any errors.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot authorize.
