User is getting error AC-OVD01 while Authorizing CL Account Modification (Doc ID 2869133.1)

Goal

User have modified CL account and change the interest rate in UDE section, but while authorizing this modification system gives the following error:
AC-OVD01!Available Amount for Account  after this Entry is 36,648.52-, Total Available Amount is 36,648.52-~.
