Symptoms

On : 14.5.0.0.0 version, Production Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Sanction cancellation is firing accounting entries
If transaction is cancelled from PQSSNCKQ ,system is not firing accounting entries. Also, same behavior on cancelling from Auth limit cancellation as well,.
Same behavior expected if HIT/CANCEL response is received on sanction response queue, accounting should not happen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should not fire accounting entries and transaction status should be cancelled.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Upload incoming SWIFT MT 103.
2. it will go to Sanction queue with Interim status.
3. HIT i.e. Cancel response will be received from third party system FINSCAN on sanction response queue.
5. System is firing accounting entries.
