OBTFPM Export LC Cancellation - Unable To Modify Settlement Account (Doc ID 2869837.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In OBFPM 14.5.2.0.0, Export LC Cancellation process, after charges have defaulted in Data Enrichment (DE) stage, we are trying to change the settlement account in charges section.
 After we modify the account and click on recalculate button, the old settlement account has defaulted.
So, we are not able to modify the settlement account.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After modification and recalculation, the modification should be reflected.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate Export LC Cancellation process
2. Submit until DE stage
3. AT DE stage edit the charges and change the account
4. Click recalculate and verify whether the changes are reflected.
