ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

OBDX_Framework components are not picked up from extensions.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After build Extension components should picked up
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. When the framework components are added in the extensions, it is not been picked up from there, instead still been picked up from the base itself.
2. When minified the UI channel by executing the ./build.sh command, the changes added in the html of the framework files, are not been reflected in the minified version on the same component. (specifically the KO conditions in html)

Due to this issue, users cannot use extension features.
