On : 14.1.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User added condition AC_DORMANCY_DAYS=366 and expected that it will consider about start date till the current date.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customer requires a SDE which will calculate/consider about dormancy start date till the current date.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot charge the dormancy account.
