ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Sales Tax Dues are paid by payment but still shows unpaid in summary screen

We noticed that Sales Tax Dues are paid by payment but still shows unpaid in summary screen. Attached document describes the issue in detail.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Sales tax due section should reflect the sales tax paid as the balance for sales tax is zero

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select an Annual billing account which has sales tax configured
2. Post an excess payment
3. Check whether all dues including sales tax is allocated

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, users cannot service the account with sales tax due amount in the account summary
