ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User has booked manual outgoing swift transaction in Patch set environment (14.5.0.2.0) and system generated debit advice where charges details are not getting populate in that debit advice.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should populate charge details still if charge account is different from debit account. Bank want to show the charges details to customer.
