EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The created rule should be shown in UI.
STEPS
-----------------------
Issue: “Rule Configuration” screen is not saved with records created manually
Details: Screen: Financial Services Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act Management --> Adminitration >> FATCA Configuration >> RuleConfiguration.
Step1: Add new a rule
Step2: Input info in “Add rule” screen
Step 3: Check DB (found the row added)
Step 4: The created record is not shown in UI
