Fields Under Regulatory Report Details Don't Get Saved After Being Successfully Updated (Doc ID 2871075.1)

On CRR version:

Problem Description: While saving the Regulatory report details( 'submission date' and 'Currency' fields) it says "Update Operation Successful", However, the values don't get saved and the fields remain blank. We are encountering this issue post-application of CRR Patch:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to CRR Application
2. navigate to Reporting Entity Information tab
3. save 'submission date' and 'Currency' fields

Actual: Pop-up says 'Update Operation Successful'. However, the above fields were set to blank after page refresh.
Expected: the page should display the saved information.
