On : 21.1.0.0.0 version, Production Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Bank customer is downloding account statement through obdx in excel/csv , downloaded statement contains only up to 55 rows.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customer should be able to download full account statement through obdx.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into OBDX
2.select account statement and download in excel


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users is not able to view full account statement.

Changes

There are no changes in the environment, product, account and hardware which has triggered the issue.
