ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

On User Management screen after editing user, drop down for Country Field Is Not Displayed when user clicks on Back button.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Drop down for Country field should be displayed with appropriate values.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with following steps:
1. Login via administrator. Navigate to User Management.
2. Search for any user click on Edit. Do minor change.
3. Click on Back. Select Yes on Pop up.
4. Again click on edit the country drop down list is not displayed.
