Unable to Sort Data on View Reconciliation Screen and International Payments Lookup Swift Code Results. (Doc ID 2872220.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to sort data for SWIFT code results for International Payments.
On View Reconciliation Rules the Sorting icon is present but unable to sort data.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to sort data for SWIFT code results for International Payments.
View Reconciliation Rules the data should be sorted.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login via corporate user.
2. Navigate to Payments > Adhoc International Payments > Look up SWIFT code. Search for SWIFT code.
3. The result displayed cannot be sorted.
4. Navigate to Receivables Mangement > Reconciliation > View Reconciliation Rules.
5. The result table contains sorting icon but cannot sort data.
