During Guarantee Issuance Amendment Bene Consent process - Data Enrichment (DE) Stage the following error is thrown.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate Guarantee Issuance Amendment Ben Consent process
2. At DE stage verify whether the charge simulation is successful.
