Cancel Button Does Not Work on Initiate Outward Guarantee Confirmation Screen (Doc ID 2872943.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While creating Bank Outward Guarantee using the Initiate Outward Guarantee screen it is observed that on clicking Save as Draft button on the confirmation screen the Cancel button is not working.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
While creating Bank Outward Guarantee using the Initiate Outward Guarantee screen, on clicking Save as Draft button, Cancel button on confirmation screen should work as expected to cancel saving the details as draft.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login using a corporate user.
2. Use the toggle menu and navigate to Trade Finance > Bank Guarantee > Outward Bank Guarantee > Initiate Bank Guarantee.
3. Click on the Initiate Bank Guarantee button.
4. Fill up the details on the screen and click on Save As Draft button.
5. On confirmation window nothing happens when Cancel button is clicked.
