Actual Behavior

Customer transfer message is passing through single payout service where credit account is mapped to customer service level linkage group as 'FIN'.
Request xml Message is reaching to OBPM but service level linkage flag is not populated.


Expected Behavior

System should populate the customer service level group via webservice call as like front end PXDOTONL.


Steps

Create webservice call for CreatePMSinglePayOut operation.
