Accounts Are Not Getting Mapped to the User in 'User Account Access' Screen Even after Doing the Maintenance (Doc ID 2873714.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When attempting to map all transactions to all accounts for a particular user, maintenance is happening successfully. But on verifying the same on 'User Account Access' screen no accounts are shown mapped.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to map accounts for a particular user on User Account Access screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with admin user
2. Open toggle menu and navigate to Access Management > Account Access > User Account Access
3. Enter 'Party ID' and 'Search'
4. Select 'Username' and click on 'Map' button
5. Select 'Map All Account' > Next > Select 'Map All Transactions to All Accounts' > Save > Confirm > Maintenance completed successfully
6. Again navigate to 'User Account Access' screen > Enter 'Party ID' > Search > Select the same 'Username'
7. Observe no accounts are mapped to the user
