CL Payment Screen CLDPYMNT - Allocate Button Is Getting Disabled After Clicking On It (Doc ID 2873840.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
CL Payment screen CLDPYMNT - Allocate button is getting disabled after clicking on it. This behaviour is observed only with patchset 3.0 where user can also see a new flag "Allocate at Once".

This new behavior is not allowing the users to complete their loan payments as in some cases they have to change the settlement amount and click Allocate button again.
Allocate button was always enabled in previous versions of Flexcube and also in 14.5 till latest patch set.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Allocate button should be enabled when 'Allocate at once' checkbox is not selected

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to CLDPYMNT screen
2. Fill in all the mandatory fields, click populated button
3. Give the settlement amount and click on allocate
4. Verify if allocate button is enabled for user to click it for second time

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot perform allocate action multiple times
