Symptoms

Actual Behavior

Currently there is no sync between FCUBS & SMS schema of OBMA applications for replicating the users


Expected Behavior

User should be replicate between FCUBS and OBMA applications.


Steps
1. Created User via SSDUSRDF and SMDUSRDF
2. Added roles and rights
3. Added the user limits and queue rights.
4. Now on this step, tried creating the user in OBMA (Next Gen UI), and facing error "No matching records found for the entered value"


Business Impact

Cannot able to create users.
