Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
LIDGUONL- Settlement details-Unable to fetch Debit Account data. Debit Account LOV data returns with no record.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The user should be able to select the debit account

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch LIDGUONL screens
2. Create new contract
3. Select Debit account lov.
4. Verify whether the value is fetched.
