Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When click number displayed on Contact Us button in pre-login screen in android phone , call does not go through.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When number displayed on Contact Us is clicked on pre-login of android mobile , call must be initiated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to pre-login screen of android phone
2. Click on Contact Us
3. Click on phone number next to call button.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot initiate a call using the pre-login Contact Us option from android mobile.
