Symptoms

User is not able to "Reset" or "Forgot Password", below error is observed.

ERROR

t.confirmPwdCheck is not a function.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX
2. Reset Password through "User Management" screen OR
3. Try to set new password using "Forgot Password"

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to set new password.

Changes

Issue is observed after deployment of QPS 19.2.0.9.0.
