Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User Helpdesk : Unable to search via party id.
User is getting on screen error 'No such record found'
EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR
------------------------------
User Helpdesk : Admin user should be able to search via party id also
STEPS
------------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1: Login through admin user
Step 2: Navigate to User help desk screen
Step 3: Select the user and enter the party id
Step 4: Click on search
Now here an error pops up saying "No such record found" while if the user searches via Username then search works fine
