Symptoms
When attempting to save a bank guarantee as a draft,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

Invalid Request. Please check the parameters being passed.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to Trade Finance-->Outward Guarantee
3. Initiate Bank Guarantee, fill details, save as draft
