Missing KYC assessment even after adding signer

One of our customer was added as an additional signer to an existing account# 700000xxxxxx, which is a checking account, on 12/16/2021. But this customer was not assessed again in the next day (12/17/2021). We wonder that with this situation Mantas should trigger assessment as Accelerated Review. This customer didn't have Checking Account before it was added as a signer to the above account. We think that since the customer's profile was changed it should be re-assessed.
