On : 14.5.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support
Account number become null for few of the CL accounts.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to CLDPYMNT
2. CreatePayment through webservice
3.For Open line loan accounts , CL payment through gateway is failing with error that account number cannot be null.
