ICRIP report not displaying total amount to be charged, just shows 0
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

ICRIP report should display total amount to be charged with correct summation values, instead of 0

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run ICRIP report ..
2. Verify the report details
3. Values should be displayed correctly
