ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

PMBookTransferSIService/ModifyBookTransferSI does not enrich the data of the template

Differences in Modify book transfer SI template between manual modification v/s API modification request.

PMBookTransferSIService/ModifyBookTransferSI does not enrich the screen data for fields like LCY equivalent, and exchange rate which is correctly happening when you manually modify the template.

Additionally in the ModifyBookTransferSI request both the debit and credit amounts are required to be passed in the API otherwise the amount not passed is displayed with empty value. In manual modification the debit amount is re-calculated based on the updated credit amount.

The API needs to be aligned to how the screen works manually.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Post the modify template using the API (Send a PMBookTransferSIService/ModifyBookTransferSI reques) without debit amount field and pass only credit amount
2. After saving the transaction, view it from Outbound Transfer Transaction Standing Instruction Detailed screen
3. Verify if template modification has happened. all the details like like LCY equivalent, and exchange rate should be present.
